Meet Our Staff

Carol joined the agency in 1987. She is the Personal Insurance Department Manager and serves individuals and families with last names beginning with the letters A through G. Carol has earned the Certified Insurance Service Representative designation. She and her husband, Allen, have been married for more than 30 years. Carol enjoys spending time with her family, especially her three grandchildren.

Christy joined the agency in 1993. She serves businesses whose name begins with the letters J through Z. Christy has earned the Certified Insurance Service Representative and Certified Builders Insurance Agent designations. She has one son, Jacob, and enjoys yoga, concerts, and outdoor activities.

Crystall joined the agency in 2004. She assists the business insurance department in addition to managing the agency’s accounting. Crystall and her husband, Jason, have been married for more than 20 years. She has two wonderful children and a lazy Shih Tzu named Oreo.

Danielle joined the agency in 2019. She serves businesses whose name begins with numbers and the letters A through I. Danielle has two wonderful sons, Lawson and Theo, and enjoys being outdoors and spending time with family & friends.

Jason joined the agency in 1999, became Vice President in 2010, then President in 2022. He has earned multiple insurance designations including Certified Insurance Counselor, Certified Risk Manager, Master Workers Comp Advisor, Certified Insurance Service Representative, Certified Builders Insurance Agent, Trusted Risk Advisor, and Certified Professional Insurance Agent. Jason and his wife, Crystall, have been married for more than 20 years. He has two children, is a big North Carolina Tar Heels fan and enjoys playing golf.

Jennifer joined the agency in 2019. She is the first person to greet you when you walk into the agency and will happily process your insurance payment or direct you to one of our associates. Jennifer is married to Casey and has two wonderful sons.

Kasey joined the agency in 2016. She serves individuals and families with last names beginning with the letters H through M. Kasey has earned the Certified Insurance Service Representative designation. She and her husband, Tyler, have been married for over 5 years. Kasey has a wonderful son and two beautiful stepdaughters.

Lesa joined the agency in 1975 and became President in 1980. She graduated from the Southeastern Insurance Institute and has earned multiple insurance designations including Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter, Certified Insurance Counselor, Certified Risk Manager, Certified Builders Insurance Agent, and Trusted Risk Advisor. Lesa and her husband, Opie, have been married for more than 40 years. She has two children and four grandchildren.

Michaele joined the agency in 2009. She serves individuals and families with last names beginning with the letters N through Z. Michaele has earned the Certified Insurance Service Representative designation. She and her husband, CK, have been married for over 30 years. Michaele has three sons, two daughters-in-law, and two grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and playing the piano.

Alex joined the agency in 2023. He assists business owners and families evaluate their insurance needs and helps them secure the right insurance protection. Alex enjoys playing golf and camping and has two wonderful daughters.
